About the Role:

The People Operation Analyst will play an integral part in delivering operational excellence. The People Operations Analyst will manage the Immigration program and be fully engaged with all immigration related processes, interfacing directly with our HRBP team, employees, managers, leaders along with internal and external counsel. The HR Analyst will assist the People Operations team with the implementation and administration of HR compliance programs and processes. This role will be responsible for analyzing, and interpreting data to ensure compliance with local, state or federal requirements. This role will also monitor and audit compliance processes, and partner with the team to develop a mitigation plan and recommendations to stakeholders.

What You'll Do: Manage international immigration applications and facilitate information and document collections internally and externally between the Company and service providers Serve as initial client point of contact for assigned case matters by communicating with Internal counsel, managers, HRBPs, external counsel, and other leaders regarding required documentation, and case status Monitor progress for all immigration cases in conjunction with external immigration counsel, identify long-term sponsorship issues, and communicate risk to talent acquisition/hiring managers. Serves as a subject matter expert on global HR compliance, builds and governs compliance controls, leads a regular audit cadence for various risk areas within the HR function, and oversees our quality and data and analytics functions. Coordinate and complete audit compliance reporting for government agencies including but not limited to EEO-1. Audit and distribute reports regarding overdue compliance training. What We're Looking For: 3+ years U.S. immigration experience with in-house corporate immigration program or relevant experience with an external immigration practice 3+ years experience of experience supporting HR Compliance or a related role with primary responsibilities for Federal, State, Local employment and labor law compliance for multi-site organization Workday knowledge a plus Strong problem-solving skills Advanced written and verbal communication skills Capacity to work independently as well as in a team environment Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Integrity and honesty within a professional environment A strong dedication to teamwork and an eagerness to meet deadlines
