You will sit within a business unit and partner with senior HR People leaders to interpret business requirements. **How you will contribute** You will: + Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned + Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance + Leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update People Services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in market + Lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility, approving job requisitions + Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence + Manage works council relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements + `Consult on overhead management **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: + HR leader with an active curiosity, insight orientation and external perspective about people and business performance + Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations with increasing responsibility ideally within FMCG/CPG + Ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders + Ability to create a change strategy and lead complex and transformation change + Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people + Future focused by thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities, leverages an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends **More about this role** **How you will contribute** You will: + Partner with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to implement our people agenda. + Work with your business partners and develop strategies to address the results of our Engagement Survey and build a winning growth culture. + Manage the headcount of our Sales and Marketing functions in partnership with the function leaders. + Identify capability gaps and design appropriate solutions and training in partnership with Talent team. + Look for opportunities to digitize Business Process and Internal Operations. **What extra ingredients you will bring:** + Pro-active, dynamic, and results-focused. + Proficient in complex data analysis. + Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders to drive change. + Proficient in advanced Microsoft Applications (MS Suite, Power BI, Lists) + Customer focused mindset and excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas verbally and through visual presentations. + Demonstrated digital transformation experience is an asset. **Education / Certifications:** + University degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or equivalent. **Job specific requirements:** + 5 plus years Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment. + Manufacturing and/or experience working in a Commercial Function is required. + Experience leading the Engagement and Culture agenda. **Travel requirements:** + Ad-hoc market visits at request **Work schedule:** + Monday to Friday, hybrid.
