How You Will Achieve It
People Experience (80% of role)
Actively support the Site People Experience (PX) Lead to plan for and execute people, learning and workforce strategies that support the achievement of Pfizer Global Supply site objectives.As an active member of the site Culture team, support the Culture roadmap and engagement initiatives.Provide coaching and support to managers and colleagues to resolve people-related issues, particularly performance management and colleague grievances, escalating issues requiring investigation, and/or discipline. Participate in/support various organisational redesign/change programs.Provide advice on HR policy and Enterprise Agreement terms and conditions ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.Work with our global payroll partners to ensure site payroll integrity.Conduct regular and adhoc reporting using WorkDay (HRIS), Visier and excel. Support talent management and succession planning activities. Provide support for global project initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, driving innovation and fostering collaboration across various teams and departments.Site Communications (20% of role)
Oversee and execute effective communication strategies for the PGS Melbourne site.Identify and implement new and innovative communication ideas.Participate in the network of PGS global internal communicators.Manage various channels of communication channels for the site; such as TV screens, monthly newsletter, colleague connects.Design and execute communications plans to support change management activities.Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's Degree in a HR discipline or relevant field.3+ years of demonstrated experienceDemonstrated ability to advise and support colleagues on a range of HR, organisational and employee relations issues.Ability to collaborate, build and maintain effective relationships with multidisciplinary team members, and other stakeholders.Strong verbal and presentation skills; ability to convey ideas and influence outcomes.Nice to Have
