People & Culture Officer (Human Resources Officer)

We’re looking for a **People & Culture Officer** for **Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong** who partner with the People & Culture team to empower Kimpton associates and champion our culture. **A little taste of your day-to-day**
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
+ Assisting the People & Culture Manager in screening, scheduling and conducting interviews
+ Supporting the Learning & Development Manager in training and development programme administration and preparation
+ Welcoming and orienting new team members of the hotel
+ Initiating and arranging associate activities to make us all become fans of Kimpton
+ Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employee laws, policies and procedures
**What we need from you**
+ A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, hospitality management or equivalent
+ A minimum of 4 years’ solid work experience in hotel human resources team
+ Familiarised in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related laws
+ Proactive, agile, creative and a good team player
+ Good interpersonal and communication skills
+ Multi-tasking abilities and attention to details
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
+ Fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
+ Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant People & Culture Officer
