People & Culture Manager
What this position is about – Purpose:
The position is designed to provide professional People & Culture (P&C) support to internal clients in the areas of performance management, learning and development, labor relations, recruitment and selection, and daily coaching. The goal is to ensure that employees are well-qualified, engaged, and aligned with the expectations and culture of the organization.
What will you do – Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive career path management of employees of a dedicated business unit, including: support of annual performance appraisal processes with a focus on the quality of their results, feedback on employee performance, moderating talent interviews, providing substantive input into creating tailored development plans for identified talents.
Supporting organizational change processes by providing expertise in the People & Culture area in the field of promotions/horizontal transfers.
Being involved into recruitment activities and the selection process within agreed process. Conducting (upon necessity), analyzing and proposing actions based on exit interviews.
Identifying soft skills training needs, as well supporting identification of competency gaps in both broad (per position) and narrow (per employee) perspectives.
Coordinating and providing support to a dedicated business unit in the area of People & Culture processes and related documentation (ASR process, job changes, employee terminations).
Acting as a link between the business unit and other People & Culture functions Providing general support to managers in people-related aspects, monitoring engagement, conducting/supporting disciplinary discussions and conflict management. Managing employee questions related to People & Culture.
Supporting strategic projects in P&C area for JTI GBS Poland organization.
Who are we looking for – Requirements:
· A university degree: a CIPD qualification at Associate or Chartered level is a strong advantage.
· Minimum 3 years of proven experience in an HR managerial role, preferably within a multinational environment.
· Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Solid expertise in recruitment and selection, facilitation, performance management, and employee development.
· Proficiency in SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft Office tools.
· Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
· A collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for creating positive employee experiences.
· Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
