Just a stone’s throw from the many favourite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options. **Your Day to Day** As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the People & Culture Department and other departmental managers in the day-to-day HR operations including clerical and administrative duties. You will support in the different areas of P&C by providing by first-class employee relations services to deliver an excellent colleague experience. **What We Need From You** Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: + Similar experience in a luxury hotel/resort + Strong interpersonal skills + Tech-savvy including proficiency in MS Office applications + Creative + Ability to multitask + Ability to work in large and diverse team + Experience using HRIS is an advantage **What you can expect from us:** We give our people everything they need to succeed.
