WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE:
The position's purpose is to contribute to business development and growth by taking responsibility for all HR-related matters, with a primary focus on organizational design, end-to-end career management, performance management, talent sourcing, retention and development of high-potential talents, etc. The incumbent will be a competent contact and advocate for employees within the Agronomy department. Special effort will be placed on the organization’s business priorities and how to achieve & measure those results.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and apply P&C strategies/initiatives aligned with the overall JTI strategy. Review the org structure with functional heads and advocate an optimal and efficient setup in accordance with the org design/principles. Lead HC planning process: organize pre-ASP discussions, agree on the final numbers, and implement plans. Oversee sourcing activities within the organization including shortlisted recruitment, talent assessment, promotions, and transfers. Own talent to value agenda and make/influence decisions, maximizing value from talent. Drive succession planning process. Ensure performance management processes effective maintenance via monitoring, coaching, and consulting of line managers. Deploy rewards-related processes & controls: lead ASR, oversee compensation scenarios, drive relevant benefits deployment and be accountable for associated P&C budgets Drive the compliance agenda, develop the strategy of misconduct prevention, and advise on other local labor relation matters
