As a People Consultant, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's objectives. You will provide expert guidance on various HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. Effective recruitment, selection and on-boarding  Effective management of the performance management system  Effective training and development within the business unit(s)  Effective handling of all poor performance and IR-related matters  Effective administration, data management and reporting  Effective people management  Effective teamwork and self-management
