The role
As a People Centre Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Providing accurate advice and guidance across many HR related topics that we cover across C&O.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll provide accurate, efficient and effective support to candidates joining the organisation, along with employees and line managers (customers) across all Babcock sites and for all stages of their contract and onboarding process.

Internal moves - Processing contract changes for extensions, promotions, and moves for current Babcock employees, including intercompany transfers External hire – Onboarding new employees into the organisation, providing an outstanding customer service, demonstrating Babcock values Specialist recruitment – Supporting recruitment externally and internally of executive hires, onboarding international candidates, early careers candidates and being subject matter experts in contracts and onboarding Maintain contracts and onboarding tracker to a high standard Ensure processes and activities are carried out to business standards and where necessary within all legislative requirements, data protection, employment law and environmental

 

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with two days onsite and three days working from home.

 

Essential experience of the People Centre Administrator:

Highly adaptable to change Experience in efficiently managing a wide range of administrative duties Proficient with various computer applications and software Can quickly learn new concepts and processes 

 

Qualifications for the People Centre Administrator:

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
