Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week of in-office collaboration from our new North America flagship office (619 Ponce, March 2025)
Minimum Qualifications - Is this you?
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR/People Business Partnering ideally within a large, private-sector organizations (technology, professional or financial services or other corporate environments).
• Agility and influence: You thrive in grey zones, and have partnered with leaders, and are adapt to shifting priorities with ease.
• Project expertise: You have a track record of managing iniatives and projects, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relationship builder: You create trust quickly and maintain strong partnerships.
• Consultative mindset: You advise, guide and coach to achieve meaningful outcomes, knowing when to challenge and when to lean in.
• Problem-solving skills: You turn complex data into actionable insights and solutions that drive results.
