CBRE GWS delivers consistent, measurably superior outcomes for our clients at every stage of the lifecycle, and across industries and geographies. **What You’ll Achieve:** + Partner with People Managers and client leadership teams to develop and execute people strategies, policies, and procedures that connect our people with our organisation, supporting engagement, productivity, and business growth. + Shape strategies and implement plans and initiatives across Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Learning & Development pathways, wellbeing, engagement, development, performance management, and growth. + Lead transition and M&A activities for our clients, ensuring superb execution to the transition timeline. + Operate in a mixed operational and strategic role supporting the GWS business line in operational HR activities including talent succession, ER/IR matters, performance management, and effectively supporting and coaching employees with sensitive or complex matters. + Act as a people lead for any HR-related projects, using your strong understanding of human resource legislative requirements and best practices. + Collaborate as a member of the People (HR) team to create and execute strategies that drive organisational performance and agility. + Participate with People Managers to build a high-performance culture through talent, succession, leadership, alignment, and organisational structure. + Advise on cyclical people activities as required, e.g., talent assessment, performance reviews, development planning, merit & bonus reviews. + Develop trusted relationships with Senior Leaders and people leaders. + Support leaders and the broader business on engagement and culture initiatives. + Utilise people data and analytics to drive decision-making and inform action with regard to people initiatives. **What We’re Looking For:** + Thorough knowledge of employment legislation, Modern Awards, and employee entitlements. + Experience working with a blue-collar workforce. + Exposure to regional and global client accounts. + High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships with CBRE Leaders and leverage a strong network of support structures in place across the broader People team. + Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks. + Strong understanding of Human Resource legislative requirements and best practices. + Excellent written and presentation skills. + Relevant Human Resource qualifications and Business Partner experience. **What’s In It For You:** People are the foundation upon which our success is built.
