For our People and Organization (P&O) Department we are looking for a Business Partner. The purpose of the People and Organization Business Partner is to act as a strategic partner to leaders and employees to support business performance and employee engagement. This position plays a key role in driving local implementation of effective P&O programs (e.g. recruiting, people development, compensation & benefits implementation, organizational development and change), which are in line with our people strategy. What role will you play? Act as trusted business partner in all People and Organization matters for the business; Support local implementation of effective P&O programs (e.g. recruiting, people development, compensation & benefits, organizational development and change), which are derived from the people strategy on global level; Advise business management regarding general P&O topics, processes and compliance issues, based on local regulations; Discuss workforce demands for assigned organizations; Develop local talent pipeline taking diversity aspects into consideration, breaking down the global talent pipeline principles; Ensure quality and adherence to local standards for core P&O processes.
We are looking forward to you joining our team if you…Collaborate well within and beyond a team and enjoy co-creating solutions with partners;Can create honest and trustful working relationships both virtually and in person as well as respectfully challenge and co-create;Have a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Relevant Field; Have +4 years of experience as Human Resources Business Partner or equivalent;Are fluent in Portuguese;Are fluent in English as we work in an international environment;Have a previous experience in Multinational environment/company (preferred);Wish to provide impact to all people and organizations you partner with;Proactive attitude and Growth mindset;Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT).
