Primarily home based, you will also occasionally travel to schools to provide onsite support when needed. In addition to the benefit of working from home, we collaborate regularly with team members and arrange frequent face to face team meetings. The People Advisor will deliver the full range of professional human resource services to education clients, producing work of the highest possible standard while with complying with employment legislation and statutory regulations, policies and procedures and in accordance with client contracts.
You will be responsible for the provision of employee relations HR advice to education/school/academy and Multi Academy Trusts.
