Penfolds Luxury Sales Manager (must speak Mandarin and Cantonese)

Summary:

 

Reporting into the V.P. for Penfolds, this role is focused on continuing the Penfolds direct to collector program, growing sales of Penfolds and building brand adorers. It will also develop and maintain strong relationships and levels of influence with sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Direct to collector program Host and execute experiences to drive sales target. Responsible for growing Penfold’s direct to consumer sales program focused in Southern California.  Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Penfolds DTC team Plan and execute luxury consumer events in Penfolds DTC markets to acquire new collectors, expose the brand and grow sales Work with platforms and publications on building awareness and community around Penfolds e.g. WeChat  Build executions around key occasions and gifting e.g. Lunar New Year and Autumn Festival

 

Sales Deliver on annual sales targets  Deliver scorecards to measure local market success and report back to brand team on program activation and regional support. 

 

Market Analyst Communicate issues, opportunities, and market intelligence through effective written, electronic and verbal means.

 

About you:

 

You have a proven track record of selling luxury wine You speak Mandarin and Cantonese  You have excellent communication, sales and customer service skills You are an engaging public speaker and storyteller You have excellent writing skills and copy proofing, strong attention to detail You hold wine certifications and are comfortable having detailed wine conversations with collectors You are able to multi-task effectively, work under pressure, and set priorities  You have experience CRM, CMS, ecommerce, email marketing and order management systems

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $92,000 to $105,000 per year plus bonus. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Southern California.  If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
