We are seeking a Technical Lead with 5 to 7 years of experience in Pega technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega Reporting Pega Platform Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience Pega Case Management PEGA Sales Automation PEGA Customer Service and PEGA Decision Hub. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Own the design and development of Pega applications to ensure they meet business requirements and are scalable.
+ Lead all aspects of the integration of Pega applications with other systems to ensure flawless data flow and functionality.
+ Provide technical mentorship and support to the development team to ensure best practices are followed.
+ Develop and maintain Pega reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
+ Ensure the user experience of Pega applications is intuitive and meets user needs.
+ Manage case management processes within Pega to ensure efficient handling of customer cases.
+ Implement PEGA Sales Automation to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
+ Apply PEGA Customer Service to improve customer interactions and service delivery.
+ Leverage PEGA Decision Hub to make data-driven decisions and improve business outcomes.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
+ Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and alignment to standards.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications to ensure smooth operation.
+ Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices to continuously improve the development process.
**Qualifications**
+ Must have experience in Pega Reporting Pega Platform Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience Pega Case Management PEGA Sales Automation PEGA Customer Service and PEGA Decision Hub.
+ Nice to have experience in Consumer Lending and Cards & Payments domains.
+ Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
+ Must have good communication skills to optimally collaborate with team members and collaborators.
+ Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
+ Must be meticulous and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
**Certifications Required**
Certified Pega System Architect (CPSA) or Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) preferred.
