What will I be doing?

As a Pearl Club Server, you will serve executive guests throughout their stay at the hotel by responding efficiently to their enquiries and offering food & beverage services as requested. A Pearl Club Server contributes to the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards

\n\nWelcome executive guests on arrival and assist them during their stay dealing efficiently with enquiries and any complaints\nProject a professional manner with an emphasis on luxury hotel operations and exceptional Guest’s service.\nEnsure that the Pear Club Lounge area is clean, organized, and properly stocked with amenities such as snacks, beverages, and other amenities.\nCheck inventory levels of food and beverage items and restock as needed.\nArrange furniture and table settings to maintain an inviting atmosphere.\nAnticipate guests' needs and provide personalized service, such as remembering their preferences for beverages or snacks.\nEnsure that food and beverage displays are attractive and replenished regularly.\nEnsure that all guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to the required standards.\nPrepare the Executive Lounge for closure at the end of the day, including cleaning surfaces, tidying furniture, and disposing of any leftover food or beverages.\nStay current with all hotel services as well as VIP requests and special events\nDemonstrate a knowledge of external locations, attractions and landmarks in the vicinity.\nEnsure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, all health and safety standard in food handling and services.\nServe your role and team in an environmentally-conscience manner.\nExecute tasks as instructed by the Pearl Club Supervisor or Assistant Pearl Club Manager\nSeek feedback from Pearl Club Supervisor or Assistant Pearl Club Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for delivering exceptional service.\n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Previous experience in Club Lounge in a luxury hotel environment
