The role holder will be placed within SSG Private Markets and will be responsible for owning two primary areas around client reporting. The role holder is will be required to create quarterly reports for clients invested into the flagship Multi Vintage Fund. This will involve disseminating information from master fund reports, calculating metrics and presenting information in a concise and clear manner. The second area of focus is to be a lead analyst on the delivery of a new client reporting and middle office platform into the team. This is a key focus area and will require a colleague with strong business analysis skills and ability to influence a network of functional teams including technology, legal, compliance and operations.
Essential Skills
• Taking responsibility for reporting to clients on the new Multi Vintage Fund on a quarterly basis.
• Become the lead SME for a new client reporting and middle office platform into the team.
• Support and take ownership of other change initiatives across the Private Markets Team.
• Support with maintaining the Private Markets team’s key risk and governance documents
• Have a good understanding of relevant processes (e.g. Operational, Regulatory / Compliance, Technology etc.) and managing key stakeholders including Compliance, Legal, Operations, Distribution and Tax.
