ResponsibilitiesProvide valuable support to senior project managers by drafting minutes, sending agendas, and drafting change controls. Your flawless attention to detail will ensure that project documentation is accurately recorded and shared.Facilitate positive and collaborative interactions among team members, promoting a culture of inclusivity and cooperation. Your ability to manage conflicts will contribute to a harmonious and efficient work environment.Archive project documentation, ensuring that important information is easily accessible and organized. Your commitment to maintaining an orderly and well-documented system will be invaluable to the team.Learn how to draft proposals for Changes of Scopes & Project expansions based on guidelines from technical teams. Your ability to effectively communicate ideas, synthesize information, and equivalent experience will be essential in successfully implementing project changes.RequirementsEducation:

Equivalent experience in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or similar fields is acceptable. Your educational background or relevant experience in these areas will provide you with a solid foundation for understanding the scientific aspects of our projects.

Technical knowledge:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Internet. Your proficiency in these tools will enable you to efficiently manage project-related tasks and communication.

Professional experience:

Languages:
