PCS - EE/IMI Cardiac Care Modality Manager
Job Description SummaryAs the Cardio Modality Manager, you will be in charge of defining & implementing the marketing & GTM strategy for the Cardiac Modality, including Diagnostic Cardiology (DCar) and Invasive Cardiology (Inv), working closely with the Eastern Europe and IMI Regional PCS zone sales leaders, and drive share gains and profitable growth in the EE & IMI market.

Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesDefine the Marketing & Sales strategy for Cardio Modality in EE & IMI, by country, region and segment.Manage overall Cardio modality Orders, Sales, Share and Margin objectives in a manner that fulfills business goals, lists and maintain focus on high impact for the overall region.Demonstrate the ability to generate business opportunities that leverage PCS & GEHC in the marketplace.Drive and implement business cardiology products initiatives to trigger sustainable growth.Manage experienced team of cardio product managers and specialists.Mobilize and motivate both direct team and indirect distributors’ teams towards PCS Cardio solutions and fulfilling strategic business goals.Recruit, coach and develop talents in your team.Ensure all direct reports have approved annual Goals & Objectives and receive an annual performance appraisal based on these goals & objectives.Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of market trends and requirements in the modality.Effectively utilize key industry information and market knowledge to gain competitive advantage in marketplace.Collect competitive insights, conduct competition analysis, and demonstrate problem solving capabilities by developing defense strategies focused on win rate and market share.Align with International cardio segment, on setting goals and priorities for the region and securing that the region’s product needs are met.Help to identify current unmet needs and take the lead role on portfolio management and localization needs for the region.Ensure optimal product positioning within the Zone/LCT by designing price strategies in accordance with the Modality profitability strategy in International. Strive to achieve OPI targets.Provide input to the development of pricing strategies for existing and new products.Build long term relationship with customers and KOLs, provide leadership and direction in crucial customers’ interface. Strengthen PCS external image.In conjunction with teams, build a working environment which values teamwork to the overall benefit of customer satisfaction.

Required QualificationsSolid sales/marketing leadership experience including strategic selling and negotiation in the Cardiac Care space.Bachelor’s Degree.Proven track record in working with KOLs preferably in Cardiology care area.Ability to shape growth vision and strategy.Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization.Proven leadership and ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams. Strong business acumen.Understanding of customer/marketplace and drivers that influence customer behavior.Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.Strong management skills and capability to develop talents.Excellent oral and written communications skills.Willingness and ability to travel within EE & IMI on a regular basis when needed.Fluent in English.Strongly compliance driven.

Desired CharacteristicsTechnical knowledge of the Cardiology equipment and GEHC industry.Strong business acumen, financial and organizational knowledge.Technical competency in using financial reporting tools.Ability to influence and collaborate with management teams.Proven track record within GE Healthcare.Proven track record of sales success and sales team rigor.
