Sentara Medical Group is a hiring a Patient Care Specialist for all Southside and parts of NC facilities. This position is Flexi, working Monday thru Friday day shift. A flexible schedule needed for this role. The ability to work between 6am to 7pm is a must!!! 40 hours a week or more can be earned in this position.

As a Patient Care Specialist with Sentara Healthcare, you will provide non-clinical support within a physician's office and ensure an excellent patient experience by performing a variety of complex administrative tasks to support patient care delivery. Primary duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and answering patient questions.
