The PC Technician will install, diagnose and resolve problems for all PC and laptop hardware, related peripheral devices, printers, phones, and software for all AnMed Health departments and physician offices. The technician will support miscellaneous systems throughout the enterprise. The technician will perform necessary repairs to equipment as failures occur or arrange warranted items to be repaired. Technician will document and train other departmental personnel in techniques of equipment repair as appropriate. Technician must be able to function independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Education/Qualifications
2-4 years college, preferably with a technical / Computer Science degree.
The candidate needs 2-3 years’ experience in working with PC's, printers, networking hardware and software, and server operating systems.
A+, Net+, or Cisco certifications are a plus.
