PC Technician

* Configure, troubleshoot, isolate, repair, document and resolve all customer desktop hardware and software technical issues. * Completes test activities with robust documentation through standardized validation plans and verification results. * Ensure all products and software comply with government standards through formal verification methods. * Recommend hardware and software improvements to lower RMA rates. * Knowledge of coding and/or scripting to all software are up to date. * To create and provide training materials/procedures for RMA repairs. * Other duties as assigned * Combination of 2 years of education, training, and experience in a professional, business or equivalent technical field. * Experience with PC assembly in the context of an assembly line operation is required. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word). * Must be a self-directed, fast learner who is effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment. * Strong attention to detail and quality of work. * Excellent written/verbal, time management and quantitative/analytical skills required. * Proven analytical and conceptual skills.
