To provide pleasant and efficient incoming communication and outgoing communication for internal and external customers.

JOB DUTIES -

Answer phones promptly and transfers to correct departmentPerform overhead pages in a clear concise manner.Page emergency codes/alerts in a clear and calm manner while communicating with hospital supervisors and physicians while following proper guidelinesResponsible for notifying the “on call” staff members for all designated departments.Maintain the emergency cell phones for the hospital

REQUIRMENTS

High school diploma.
