Payroll Team Leader
The Payroll Team Leader is responsible for the processes related to weekly payroll calculation, supervises the daily operational activities of the focal point team in the locations. It encourages the development of their skills to achieve quality, efficiency and compliance with their objectives, seeking continuous improvement and proposing solutions to simplify and digitize processes.
FUNCTIONS:
• Establishes the strategy and organizes the team of focal points in the activities of the localities.• Coordination of payroll processing (incidents, calculation, validation, payment, accounting, stamping of payroll receipts)• Execution, control and monitoring of weekly payroll payments• Parameterization of the checking system to receive incidents• Payroll and accounting reconciliation• Identification, correction and validation of CFDI's & SAT payroll viewer• Attention to audits, execution and preparation of various reports, controls and information.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 years of experience• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Human Resources or related field• English: Intermediate - Advanced• Knowledge of LFT, LISR, IMSS and Infonavit• Attitude oriented towards attention and solutions to collaborators• Use of payroll systems – preferably Peoplesoft or similar• Parcel Management Office• Knowledge of SAP
