Join our payroll team and play a key role in ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. **What You’ll Do** As a **Payroll Specialist** , you’ll support payroll processes across multiple locations in Italy, working closely with our Italian Payroll Manager. You’ll gain valuable experience in payroll processing, problem-solving, and collaboration with different teams, including Finance and HR. Your main responsibilities will include: ✅ Assisting with tax withholding and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance ✅ Supporting employee payroll inquiries and helping resolve cases with the team ✅ Investigating payroll discrepancies and contributing to process improvements ✅ Collaborating with Finance on payroll accounting, reporting, and reconciliations ✅ Staying up to date with payroll regulations and compliance requirements ✅ Participating in projects aimed at enhancing payroll operations **What We’re Looking For** 🔹 **1-2 years of experience** in payroll (ideally in a multinational company) 🔹 Interest in managing payroll processes for **large teams (2000+ employees)** under different CBAs (Chemical, Commerce, Mechanical, Dirigenti) 🔹 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes 🔹 Experience with **Workday and ADP** (a plus, but not required!) 🔹 **Fluent in English** (multilingual skills are a bonus!) **Why Join Us?** 🌍 Work in an **international, growing company** that values innovation and teamwork 📈 Get hands-on experience with **complex payroll operations** in a multinational setting 🚀 Be part of a team that encourages **learning, career growth, and process improvements** If you’re passionate about payroll and eager to develop your career in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
