Payroll Specialist
Description We have an immediate need for a Payroll Specialist in Hanover, Pennsylvania to join a thriving organization. This role is situated in a dynamic workplace where you will be tasked with managing payroll activities along with other accounting functions. Position will be on-site, however, could turn into a hybrid work schedule, depending on flexibility and adaptability. Responsibilities: + Leverage your experience with ADP payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. + Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records and perform various accounting functions. + Address and resolve inquiries related to payroll, providing excellent service to employees. + Monitor and manage employee accounts, taking necessary actions when needed. + Perform reconciliation of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies. + Manage and execute benefit functions, providing accurate and timely benefit information to employees. + Process weekly payroll, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time. + Continuously update and maintain payroll software to ensure smooth payroll operations.
