WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll cycles ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policiesMaintain and update employee records, salary changes, benefits and deductions in the payroll systemPreparation of salary payment information in the format requested by BanksReconcile payroll data with bank statements, employee records, and other relevant accounts.Coordinate with HR to manage payroll related inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently by collecting and analyzing informationPrepare and submit payroll reports, ensuring accuracy for financial records and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify and rectify errors proactively.Fulfilling internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for satisfying process complianceRecommend and implement improvements to payroll processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Support system upgrades or implementations by testing and validating changes to payroll systems.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, HR or a related field1 – 3 years of HR client experience; payroll experience is preferableDemonstrated experience with HRIS software

Skills

Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlinesTeam player with excellent verbal and written communication skillsGood analytical and strategic thinking skillsHighly organized and detail orientedProficiency in HRIS (Workday, Service Now or similar platforms)Advanced Excel skillsFrench language is a plus
