Description PAYROLL SPECIALIST - Service Based Real Estate Company in Lawrenceville My client, a service-based real estate company, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role involves preparing and processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll for a large employee base. If you have experience working with large data sets and enjoy ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: + Process weekly and bi-weekly hourly and salaried payroll accurately and on time. + Balance payroll runs to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements. + Manage payroll processing for various scheduled pay dates. + Perform detailed reconciliation and balancing of all payroll runs. + Enter and audit payroll adjustments, manual checks, refunds, and maintain logs and spreadsheets to reconcile data and audit entries. + Assist in investigating and resolving employee pay issues in a timely manner. + Perform other duties as assigned to support payroll operations. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree preferred. + 2+ years current payroll experience required. + Experience processing payroll with ADP Vantage is required. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work through ambiguous situations and handle multiple tasks effectively. + Comfortable working with employees at all levels of the organization.
