Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in payroll processing within the construction industry

Experience using LCP Tracker and DIR

Experience with processing 80+ employees

Knowledge of Davis-Bacon Act and related labor laws

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage weekly payroll for all construction employees, both union and nonunion. This role involves calculating hours, commissions, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities include:

Process weekly payroll for construction employees, including union and nonunion workers.

Calculate hours, commissions, bonuses, and deductions accurately.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and reporting requirements.

Prepare and submit Certified Payroll Reports and Statements of Compliance.

Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records using LCPtracker.

Collaborate with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.

Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll.

Handle union and nonunion reporting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
