Opportunity to partner with the various functional areas within Human Resources and Restaurant Management and provide practical solutions to common payroll and restaurant administrative needs. Responsibilities Perform all duties necessary to process payroll in compliance with federal and multiple state laws and regulations utilizing the UKG (People Center) HRIS Partner with team to coordinate the maintenance/troubleshooting of payroll-related issues Perform several weekly audits to ensure payroll data is accurate before processing Serve as a resource to investigate and resolve payroll issues, and to answer questions from management and employees General responsibilities include: Payroll processing and administration within the UKG (People Center) HRIS Process, maintain and audit employee payroll records related to earnings, deductions, taxes and garnishments Prepare various reports for restaurant management and corporate officers Coordinate employment record requests and verifications Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills General knowledge of employment laws and regulations Excellent project management and planning skills Excellent time management and organization skills Ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with employees, peers, and managers Highly productive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment with strict deadlines About Us: Our story begins with Sam Fox, a man passionate about hospitality and endlessly inspired by food and design.
