Qualification and requirements
Diploma in Finance 5 years' relevant Accounting experience with a focus on cost control, analytics and reporting Experience in the mining environment highly advantageous Fluent in English. French advantageous Technical skills
Ms office - excel Financial / payroll systems (sage) HRIS and accounting software Accounting principles, Cost management Financial analysis and reporting Budgeting Responsibilities:
Perform Accounting and cost control activities Coordinate and execute Payroll analysis Coordinate and execute Payroll Reporting Participate in Payroll continuous improvement projects and initiatives Monitor costs or expenses to achieve cost efficiencies and reduce waste Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation Reporting and Governance
