Are you someone who can:

To ensure payroll data quality and governance standards are met and that controls are in place to mitigate risks.Align and integrate quality assurance tasks by performing User Acceptance Testing to ensure that appropriate quality operational standards are adhered to.Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team.Identify and utilize opportunities to assess and improve own performance.Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialization.Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making.Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards.Optimize work through the application of learning experiences.Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards.Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilization of work-related resources.Ensure data quality standards are met and reported on.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Minimum Qualification – Administration CertificateExcel qualificationPayspace and Workday will be an advantage.Experience – 2/3 years relevant experience.
