Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries from HR and finance, delivering exceptional service with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Responsibilities: Oversee Payroll Operations by managing payroll processes for US and Canada, ensuring compliance with federal and state wage laws and maintaining accuracy using PeopleSoft and WorkdayStrategic Leadership and Problem Solving with developing and implementing payroll policies, troubleshooting technical issues, and leading system upgrades in collaboration with HR and Finance.Team Management through recruiting, training, and providing mentorship to payroll staff with consistent guidance, performance reviews and support for professional growthTax and Compliance Oversight with approving payroll liabilities, overseeing reconciliations, managing W-2 processes, and leading taxable fringe benefits with the Payroll Tax team Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree with 3+ years of US and Canadian payroll experience5+ years of large company payroll experience (4k+ employees)3 + years of management experience Workday & PeopleSoft experience, a plus  Benefits and Perks: $85000-$95000 annual salaryMedical, Dental, Vision, & 401k – top notch benefitsPTO & HolidaysTraining & Growth Your New Organization:This global leader located in Omaha, fosters a supportive and dynamic workplace culture, blending Midwestern warmth with company’s forward-thinking vision.
