Payroll & HR Administrator Vaal Triangle
\r\nPerson with experience in Sage VIP professional\r\nProficiency in Excel (pivot tables and data management) will be advantageous\r\nExperience in processing claims, leave, advances / living out allowances\r\nUnderstanding of timesheet based / rate per hour contract payroll will be advantageous\r\nHR background / skills will be advantageous but not mandatory\r\nMust have processed payroll for at least 50 employees per month (ideally 100 per month)\r\nProcessing and payment of contractor invoices and staffing service providers\r\nKnowledge / experience in employment contracts will be advantageous but not mandatory\r\nValid driver’s license\r\nMust have reliable own transport (travel to Secunda branch, Sasolburg Operations and Meyersdal Office will be required from time to time)\r\n\r\n

Relevant internal training will be provided.

\r\n

Minimum Requirements

\r\n

Matric and relevant post-matric certificate or qualifications

\r\n

Candidates ideally based in the Vaal Triangle (Sasolburg / Vanderbijlpark / Vereeniging / Meyerton)

\r\n

 

\r\n

This will be a full-time position with usual company benefits (Medical Aid subsidized, Provident fund, group life cover, funeral benefit, income protection)

Office location: Three Rivers, Vereeniging

Work hours: standard 40-hour work week from the office
