We’re Hiring for a Payroll Coordinator in Las Vegas, Nevada!  We are looking someone highly motivated and experienced to join our team.Transdev is proud to offer: $28 - $30 /hourAttractive benefits package, including 401(k) with company contribution, medical, dental and vision. Paid time off & vacation.Employee Assistance Program Career advancement opportunities  Major Responsibilities:List in order of importance Input driver/staff payroll and input payroll information into the computer for processing.  Accurately tracks attendance.  Works with employees to correct time sheet as needed. Enters and verifies billing information into the computer.  Answers the telephone and responds to customer inquiries.  Distributes mail, prepares overnight packages, and maintains stamps and other mailing supplies.  Maintains location’s office and deposit supply inventory. Assists AM in accurately tracking OT for purposes of reducing / eliminating unnecessary and/or additional punch hours.5) Verifies all standard hours to hours to reduce any additional driver hours.6)Processes new employee files/records7) Other duties as assigned. Position Description:  Describe level of decision making and list examples of common decisions made: Minimum Education & Certifications Required: High School diploma or equivalentExperience & Skills Required: Excellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrates leadership qualities and is a self-starterExcellent time management skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast paced environmentComputer literacy, 10 Key, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Physical Requirements & Working Conditions (include amount of travel):Must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing system/cabinets; and communicate effectively and efficiently in person or by telephone.Office and bus yardList any additional measures applicable to this position (Revenue, Headcount, # of buses; Budgets $ etc.):  Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
