Job DescriptionEnsure on-time delivery and correctness of all data captured from payrolls onto client system Responsible for the relationship with the clientReviews, analyzes and checks payroll reports for accuracy and makes necessary adjustments or corrections through journal entries or other established procedureCompletes appropriate forms to adjust wage/salary account funds or to correct or balance a special situationAnalyzes and resolves difficult or technical questions presented by employees or outside agency representativesRecommends or participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to payroll operations in line with established policies and regulationsCompiles financial, tax and payroll reports for both internal and external purposes and submits to supervisor for reviewCoordinates and facilitate payroll training sessions for departmental consultants on payroll policies, procedures and regulationsCoordinates and interacts with government agencies on issues pertaining to employee compensation and deductions.
