Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll and Benefits Administration
Process accurate and timely payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.Handle compensation, benefits, and deductions, including bonuses, overtime, and other pay adjustments.Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.2. Attendance Management
Maintain accurate employee attendance records using HRIS/HRMS systems.Collaborate with department leads to address attendance discrepancies, leave balances, and overtime tracking.Ensure proper documentation and reporting for time-off requests, absenteeism, and related records.3. Data Management
Maintain and safeguard sensitive employee data in line with company policies and privacy standards.Regularly audit payroll and attendance records to ensure accuracy and integrity.Generate reports and analytics to support leadership in decision-making.4. Compliance and Legal Adherence
Ensure all payroll processes comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.Stay updated on changes to payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing or a related HR/Finance role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., HRMS, SAP, or similar systems) is highly desirable.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to managing data accuracy.Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.Zelis is modernizing the healthcare financial experience by providing a connected platform that bridges the gaps and aligns interests across payers, providers, and healthcare consumers.
