Job Description

We are seeking a highly disciplined and proactive Payroll & Benefits Human Resources Specialist to oversee the end-to-end execution of business processes within our Peru operations. This role will be responsible for managing daily activities on government and local platforms (SUNAT, AFP, ESSALUD, among others), maintaining internal processes, and ensuring seamless execution of benefits, third-party payments, and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will provide strong support in Employee Care, escalate issues when necessary, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and oversee business processes related to People Services in Peru, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Manage daily tasks on government and local platforms (SUNAT, AFP, ESSALUD).

Maintain and continuously improve internal processes related to payroll, benefits administration, and third-party payments.

Provide Employee Care support, addressing employee concerns and escalating issues as needed.

Ensure proper documentation and effective communication of process changes and updates.

Drive process improvements and innovation, leveraging technology where possible.

Collaborate with leadership to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are achieved.

Maintain strict data confidentiality and adhere to local labor laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications

Required:

Strong operational discipline and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel (data interpretation) and Power BI.

Experience working with government platforms (SUNAT, AFP, ESSALUD).

Knowledge of local payroll processes and labor legislation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high accuracy and compliance.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Power Automate and automation tools.

Prior exposure to process automation initiatives.

English proficiency.
