Associa is looking for a HRIS Director to join our Award Winning HR Team. If you have great excel skills, have worked with different HRIS systems and are passionate about improving HR processes this role is for you!

The HRIS Director will serve as an analytical resource for Associa’s compensation projects, programs, and reporting. This role will support the organization’s growth by working across all markets and lines of business to align & refine pay practices to drive employee and organizational performance.

\n

Responsibilities:

\n\nSupport multi-business unit compensation programs including analyzing requests, developing policies, reporting, and forecasting. \nDevelop strong working relationships within the organization to ensure efficient and effective problem solving and issue resolution.\nLead and advise on all Mergers and Acquisition activities\nWork with large, multi-source datasets to curate and synthesize data into actionable, accessible updates and visualizations to communicate findings with stakeholders.\nSupport the project planning, management, and delivery of the annual compensation review processes.\nSupport the administration of bonus plans and special pay programs (i.e. productivity bonuses, hovering pay).\nParticipate in various complex compensation projects to ensure Associa’s ability to effectively attract, retain and reward employees.\nDevelop and produce complex regular and ad-hoc compensation reports and analyses.\nProvides analytical and project management support on compensation-related projects related to new business acquisitions.\nCollect, analyze, and interpret data related to compensation and employee demographics to identify trends, outliers, and areas for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to key stakeholders.\nAssist in the development and maintenance of compensation policies and procedures. Ensure our compensation practices are transparent, consistent, and aligned with our organizational values and goals. \nStay informed about relevant laws and regulations governing compensation practices, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Equal Pay Act including pay transparency. \nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\nMinimum of ten years of experience in payroll processing, at least five of them using ADP products\nAdvanced Excel skills required\nSolid experience using ADP payroll products\nDemonstrated initiative and responsibility with confidential/sensitive information\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills\n
