Description We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida, in the Insurance industry. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including processing payroll, onboarding new employees, and performing light recruiting duties. This is a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing multi-state payroll for approximately 800 employees • Handling all aspects of onboarding, including background and drug processing • Assisting with light recruiting duties as needed • Sending out team acknowledgements in a timely and efficient manner • Performing additional administrative duties as required • Ensuring all payroll-related tasks are completed in accordance with company standards and regulations • Utilizing accounting software systems to maintain accurate records and reports • Overseeing 401k and RRSP Administration • Conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity • Managing benefit functions to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance with relevant laws and policies. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is vital. • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is essential. • Knowledge of Ceridian is necessary. • Ability to use Crystal Reports is needed. • Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is crucial. • Familiarity with About Time is required. • Fluency in Accounting Functions is necessary. • Auditing skills are vital. • Knowledge of Benefit Functions is essential.
