Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Payroll Administrator to join our team and provide support during a leave of absence. This position requires immediate availability, is 100% onsite, and involves overseeing payroll operations for a company with 700 employees. Key Responsibilities: + Payroll Processing: Accurately process bi-weekly payroll for 700 employees across 3 locations, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and accuracy. + Ceridian Dayforce: Utilize your expertise with Ceridian Dayforce to manage payroll processing efficiently and effectively. + Audit Responsibilities: Conduct thorough audits of employee benefits, FSA, and 401(k) contributions to ensure proper deductions and records management. + Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations, ensuring impeccable payroll data integrity. Requirements + Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, with recent hands-on experience using Ceridian Dayforce as the primary payroll processing software. + Strong familiarity with payroll systems, benefits audits, and handling contributions for 401(k) and FSA plans. + Demonstrated ability to process non-union payrolls in a bi-weekly schedule for a multi-location organization. + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. + Availability to work onsite immediately.
