Payroll Administrator

The Payroll Administrator provides support to all levels of Distribution Center leadership in a variety of ways, including facilitating employee events and activities, maintaining reporting and databases, pulling and sending out reporting, processing payroll, and more. The Payroll Administrator plays a critical role in administrative activities to allow Distribution Center leadership access to the time, data, and reporting needed to make informed decisions.

Reporting & Processing

Daily maintenance of attendance databases/tracking and LOA reportingRegular maintenance of operational databasesPulling and sending a variety of reporting including operational reports as requested by leadershipProcessing accounts payable or invoices, as neededReporting voluntary time off and pay needs to LOA team

Payroll

Daily processing of payroll – missing punches, vacation/sick enteringWeekly entering of other types of pay – pay increases, NPE pay, bonuses, etc.Providing payroll reporting to leadershipEntering tickets for any pay issues, escalating to the HR Coordinator, as neededManage the year-end sick payout process

Employee Communication & Engagement

Maintenance of the internal bidding process and postingsAssist in facilitation of employee engagement activities & events, as neededProcess reconciliation for engagement purchases

Miscellaneous Leadership Support

Partner with leaders on the annual vacation planning process.Proxy for leaders in myHR, processing employee terminations, returns from LOA, job changes, etc.Sort & send out mailDistribute newsletters and employee communicationsAssistance with job fairs, as neededMaintenance of employee filesAll other duties, as assigned by leader

Required Skills and Other Minimum Required Qualifications Experience Details

High School Diploma or GEDExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPointBasic knowledge of federal and state FMLA guidelinesAbility to process large amounts of data with high levels of accuracyAbility to work with and balance the needs of various teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to answer colleague inquiries regarding various HR topics etc.Ability to maintain high levels of confidentialityExcellent time managementAbility to accommodate frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairsRegular and reliable attendance

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $42.35

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
