Payroll Administration
These roles would assist in our time and labor/payroll space with customer service, employee payroll set up, as well as assist in our expense administration. Attention to detail and experience in customer service would be a plus.

We would prefer a business degree for these roles; however, we would be open to Human Resources or other comparable degrees.

PROVIDE ONGOING REVIEW AND ASSESSMENT OF ANY INTERNAL CONTROL OR DOCUMENTATION ISSUES IN SUPPORT OF SOX. RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT RELATED TO ALL PAYMENT POLICIES AND APPROPRIATE SYSTEMS

PROVIDE DAILY CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND RELATED TRAINING. SERVE AS POINT OF CONTACT FOR CUSTOMERS VALLEY-WIDE AS WELL AS VENDORS.PROVIDE ANALYSIS AND ACCURATELY REPORT THE RESULTS OF THE ACTIVITY TO THE APPROPRIATE STAKEHOLDER(S), INCLUDING DUPLICATE TRANSACTION ANALYSIS, CORPORATE LIABILITY ANALYSIS, ETC. PROVIDE DETAILED ANALYTICAL INPUT, DEVELOP METHODOLOGY, APPLY CONTROLS, AND ANALYZE RESULTS OF THE ACCOUNTING REVENUE AND FINANCIAL REPORTING CYCLES.

RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTRIBUTING TO AND/OR PREPARING NECESSARY ANALYSIS REPORTS BY ESTABLISHED TIMELINES AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS. FOCUS ON CONTROLLING COSTS AND IMPROVING TVA'S CASH FLOW THROUGH MAXIMIZING EFFORTS OF IMPROVING TVA'S PROMPT PAY PERCENTAGE AND EARNING PROMPT PAY DISCOUNTS THROUGH MULTIPLE COMMUNICATIONS AND REPORTING EFFORTS.PARTICIPATE IN TEAMS IN ALL AREAS AND MAY SERVE AS TEAM LEAD.

SERVE AS REPRESENTATIVE ON PROJECTS OR INITIATIVES AFFECTING OR REQUIRING INPUT APPLICABLE TO THE WORK GROUP RESPONSIBILITIES.ENSURE ANALYSIS REPORTS ARE THOROUGH, ACCURATE, WELL SUPPORTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS, AND SPECIFIC AS TO WHICH AREAS SHOULD BE PRIORITIZED FOR FOCUS OR IMPROVEMENT.DEVELOP THE NECESSARY EXPERTISE IN THE APPLICABLE SYSTEMS TO EXTRACT THE NECESSARY DATA TO PERFORM THE REQUIRED DETAILED ANALYSIS.
