Job Summary
As a Senior Sales Vice President or Director within our sales team, you will take charge of originating sales and managing relationships with our largest and most strategic clients in the SSA region, particularly those in the Energy sector. Your role will require full-time, intensive engagement with clients at their headquarters and throughout their global operations. You will interact with client contacts at various levels, adeptly navigating the complexity and diversity of their businesses. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in promoting our sales strategy and ensuring the success of our client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
Lead sales origination efforts for strategic clients across Eastern Europe and Commonwealth Independent States (CIS). Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders at multiple levels. Provide comprehensive coverage of client operations, both at headquarters and globally, to ensure seamless service delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored financial solutions that meet client needs. Analyze market trends and client data to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Represent J.P. Morgan Payments at industry events and client meetings, showcasing our capabilities and thought leadership. Drive the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all client interactions. Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
