With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the trade lifecycle, they play a crucial role in optimizing our trading operations.
The Payment Lifecycle Analyst will be responsible in managing day-to-day operations for FXPM services. You will also be part of a high-impact team overseeing delivery of functional initiatives on People, Process and Technology with senior leadership visibility. You are also expected to work with a team of stakeholders across multiple groups including the front office, product development, core operations, technology, Client Service partners on function-wide initiatives, meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators as documented in the Performance Management Objectives
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day Operations for FXPM services Understands and knows how to process different Payment Clearing systems and SWIFT message types (such as MT100 series and MT200 series) particularly those involving FX conversions. Collaborates with global partners to meet client deliverables with a high level of urgency and accuracy Conduct regular review of processes and help analyze FX infrastructure to determine gaps or opportunities for productivity Engage with all team members and help drive people agenda initiatives as determined by the function and the corporate center Participate in the execution of tactical and strategic projects and ensure deliverables are met with the appropriate due diligence Provide transparency to management through required BAU performance metrics (e.g. productivity, SLA, error reporting, etc.) Participate in issue resolution from clients, business partners and other internal function and promptly escalate to line management where applicable Participate in meetings at the operational and project level, where applicable Demonstrate ability to represent team in key senior meetings within the function Understand resiliency planning and ensure successful resiliency testing results and executionRequired qualifications, skills and capabilities:
Minimum 3 years of banking operations experience particularly in FX processing or Payments processing at a supervisory role A proven experience in executing highly technical operational processes and sustained delivery of services to clients while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, and driving process improvements Good balance between analytical skills and interpersonal skills Demonstrate ability to face off very demanding stakeholders and ability to participate in large scale impact program execution Strong understanding of the Cash and FX transaction lifecycle & cash management Strong problem solving skills to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues Proficient in computer applications including MS Office applications and other common business enterprise software Basic understanding on SWIFT, Account reconciliation or FX products Good written and oral communicationPreferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
Knowledge in automation tools such as Alteryx, UIPath, Tableau, etc. is a plus but not required Working knowledge in common business process improvement tools such as Lean Sigma is a plus but not required
