Our client is looking for an experience pattern maker for Ladies high fashion suiting pants skirts jackets dresses

Responsibilities
Manual pattern maker specialising in ladies fashion styles in a sampling and bulk production capacity
Manual and Lectra grading and rating
Must have digitizing experience
Develop accurate and formfitting patterns off samples drawings or specs provided
In depth knowledge of ladies specs fits and fabrics and how to prevent and correct production challenges as they arise
Work with the designers and their assistants inhouse cutters sample machinists and related staff to ensure patterns fits and samples are made accurately and timeously
Work with the production coordinator grading department and QA staff to ensure bulk production is issued accurately and timeously and pattern problems are corrected when necessary
Keep neat and accurate records of cut sheets specs and styles per brand for historical reference and guidelines
Keep a task/priority list to ensure all deadlines are met and multitask between different brands and departments when required
Organised neat and efficient with the ability to work under pressure
Able to work independently while maintaining good communication and operating as a member of the team

Minimum Requirements
2 to 3 years experience in apparel and clothing fashion
3 to 5 years experience as an allround pattern maker
Experience in woven categories and suiting also required
Manual Grading Rating and Digitizing
Knowledge and experience working on Lectra systems is a must
Experience in Suiting pants skirts jackets dresses must
Need to be able to do both manual and Lectra patterns
Must be able to digitize
