Job DescriptionAs a Pattern Maker at Weekday you are responsible for creating best fit, size and silhouettes for our target customer. You work closely together with the product team to secure best product and you work actively with production to find efficient and sustainable solutions. You are creative, agile and collaborative.
What you will do:
Create the best products & fits for our target customer in collaboration with the designerIdentify & drive new directions within fits, silhouettes and sizes for our target customerResponsible to coordinate the fitting processDrive the product development in a responsible way from start to end in close collaboration with production & the product teamIdentify, strategically evaluate & act on how material will affect fits & silhouetteConstantly follow, identify & react on assortment opportunities and risks, based on selling, customer insights/feedback & surrounding analysisQualificationsAlignment to our company values is the most important characteristic we look for in all new joiners. To succeed in this role we are also looking for:
Minimum 3 years' experience as Pattern Maker Proficient in 3D CLO and Lectra Expert Previous experience within underwear or swimwear is an advantageStrong technical knowledge of garment construction and a keen eye for detailExcellent collaboration skills with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset.Strong sense of commerciality and fashion relevance.Up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry standards.Additional InformationThis is a permanent full-time role based at Weekday’s head office in Stockholm, Sweden.
