Performs computer input. Participates in patient care activities as assigned. Participates in quality improvement activities. Implements the philosophy, objectives, policies and standards of Kaleida Health, within the patient-centered care program and Kaleida as a whole. **Education And Credentials** **Responsibilities:** High school diploma or equivalency required. **Experience** **Other information:** **Ability to properly communicate information obtained from patients.
