**Job Summary**
Makes appointments with physicians by telephone or in person, maintains schedules, screens calls and other miscellaneous duties related to appointments and reception. Registers patients, updates demographic information and collects co-pays.
**Education and/or Experience**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
+ Additional education or training as a Medical Assistant or other health related field is preferred.
+ One to three months related experience in a clinic office setting or using a computer is preferred.
**Work Schedule**
+ Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:30am-4:30pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks
+ Occasional Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-12:00pm
**Pay**
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
+ $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
