Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for Winchester Hospital located in Winchester, MA. In this role, you will report to the Food GM, and be part of the leadership team overseeing a team of hourly employees. The overall operating hours at this location are 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., so the candidate must have flexibility within that timeframe. The weekly schedule in this role will include 1-2 closing shifts and rotational weekend and holiday coverage.
Winchester Hospital is a leading provider of compassionate healthcare services in the northwest suburban Boston area. It is a 229 bed nonprofit, independent community hospital, offering an extensive range of both inpatient and outpatient services.
What You'll Do collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experienceperform patient rounding, including tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation and tray accuracytrain and mentor staffassist in transition to new HealthTouch systemcoordinate all required tasks and manage scheduling through frontline staffensure compliance with HACCP, regulatory and Sodexo standards

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
